EXL Service - Project Manager - Embedded Analytics Solutions - IIT/NIIT/IIM

Function :

- Supports Embedded Analytics Solutions to develop and deliver Industry best Digital solution adhering to established standards

- Analyze business process and identify/ scope out automation opportunities via Analytics (Data Science / Predictive Modeling/ Machine Learning NLP/ NLU)

- Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions and convert solutions to tools, and products

- Analyzing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required

Essential Functions

- Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving, and strong interpersonal, and relationship development skills.

- Sound knowledge of Python and cloud platform: AWS/ Azure

- Hands-on experience in NLP/ NLU, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Data Science, Content extraction

Technical Skills - Have worked on Cloud platform AWS/ Azure

- Hands-on experience in Python, Numpy, Panda, Scikit Learn, Spacy, PyTorch, Keras, LSTM, RNN/CNN, BERT, N-grams

- NLP/ NLU hands-on understanding, Statistical modeling, Predictive modeling

- Know-how .Net, HTML, Django, Java is plus

- Process Specific Skills - Know-how of BFSI, preferably Insurance

- Understanding/Delivery Experience in a Business Aligned IT scenarios

Soft skills (Desired) - Excellent Presentation, verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data analysis and validation

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Soft Skills (Minimum) - Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels of the organization

Education Requirements:

- Post Graduate, Graduate, with degree in Engineering, M.Tech, Msc. Statistics, M A Economics

- Sound education credentials

Work Experience Requirements:

- 6-8 yrs. of total analytics experience

- 1-2 years of working experience in Insurance/ Healthcare Analytics would be good
