EXL Service - Manager - Machine Learning - IIT/NIT/BITS

Job Description:

- Candidate must be adept in the implementation of various Artificial Intelligence and machine learning algorithm

- Hands-on experience in tools such as Python/R/SAS (Min 2-3 year exp. on Python preferred)

- Candidates will work on building solution for various client requirements using various statistical methodologies; candidate must be having Exceptional problem-solving skills

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms such as - Multiple linear regression, Logistic regression, SVM, decision trees, Neural networks, Natural language processing

- Ability to analyze and understand business processes across industry sectors and relevant KPIs

- Clear understanding of probability and statistical inference fundamentals

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, quick learner and constant focus on knowledge enhancement

- Good knowledge on marketing analytics, targeting and campaign management

- Understanding & analyzing project requirements and working on them to deliver timely results.

- Interacting with onshore counterparts for the requirement and diagnostic information gathering.

- Any additional tasks assigned by Team/ Project Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

- BE/ B.Tech./ Dual Degree from IIT/ NIT/ BITS

- In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms

- 2-3 years of experience in Python

- Good communication skills is a must

- Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team/Project Manager

- All shortlisted candidates will undergo detailed BGC and any failure will result in termination

- Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
