Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the implementation of all HR initiatives to ensure revenue generation & cost optimization for the business.
- Build and execute annual business-HR strategy & plan.
- Ensure the demonstration of corporate values and ensure effective implementation, communication and advocacy of HR policies & initiatives across.
- Address concerns related to performance management, policies, compensation, benefits or any other related issue for employees to ensure satisfaction and promote employee involvement.
- Regular audits of employment contracts and records of all employees.
- Monitor Bottom quartile management & disciplinary cases. Driving employee engagement activities on floors and in various shifts ensuring increase in motivation & commitment for all employees.
Experience & Skillets Required :
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in the HRBP role
- Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Should be open to flexible shifts
- People management experience desired
