EXL Service - Lead Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Analysis & Reporting

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of annual budget and quarterly forecast

- Understand the business, systems and tools of the client

- Understand the process end-to-end and comprehend overall impact

- Interpret, analyze, evaluate and query data

- Prepare financial reports with various analysis as appropriate

- Provide data and presentation support to the client on need basis

- Research, identify, document issues & escalations and place necessary controls

- Lead the development of reports, analysis and financial reconciliations required to understand the key drivers of the relevant business unit or service line

- Identify opportunities for process improvements

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CA/MBA/Post Graduate in Business Statistics & Mathematics with 5 plus years of experience into FP&A activities

- Functional knowledge of either of the business intelligence tools - Business Objects, Hyperion, SAP is a must

- Should be flexible to work in shifts

- Good written and oral communication skills
