EXL Service - General Analytics/Analytics Role - SAS/SQL

The person will be required to:

- Analyze/validate data from multiple sources

- Present analysis in a well-thought-out manner

- Research data discrepancies and anomalies while building a business understanding of various campaigns

- Write SAS scripts from the scratch or manage existing scripts efficiently

- Apply basic statistical techniques to derive insights from huge volume of data and present in a meaningful manner

- Independently managing BAUs and looking out for the opportunities to streamline them

Required Skills:

- Strong SAS programming experience (3+ years)

- Strong Excel (including pivot tables) (2+ Years)

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts concisely

- Data-oriented and ability to quickly understand business concepts

- Ability to think critically and analytically

- Ability to complete assignments on time and with minimal supervision

- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure organization with multiple deadlines
