Tools & Technology

a. Advanced level skills in Python

b. Hands-on expertise in handling unstructured data

c. Proficient in traditional statistical modelling, predictive, ANOVA, Hypothesis testing

d. Proficient in intermediate machine leaning concepts Tree based algorithms, model optimization and Parameter tuning

2. Domain Expertise

a. Any Domain

3. Projects

a. Should have handled at least three end to end analytics projects from requirement gathering to final implementation

b. Should have managed multiple stakeholders at the same time fully hands-on

c. Able to guide junior team mates and set short & long term project goals

d. Prepare / Review the documentation to monitor the progress of the development and explain it to different stakeholders.

Tier1/Tier 2 Colleges Preferred.
