- Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop, and maintain data systems & pipelines independently to enable faster business analysis

- Build algorithms and develop optimal queries to combine raw information from different sources

- Conduct complex data analysis to ensure data quality & reliability

- Solve complex SQL and Big Data Performance challenges

- Utilize Python / PySpark / Scala or Java to analyze large-scale datasets in batch and real-time

Must have:

- 2-7 years of experience as a Data or BI Engineer dealing with large complex data scenarios in analytics environment

- Expertise in using SQL & should be comfortable with writing advanced SQL queries

- Skilled in SQL Query Optimization

- Coding proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python is preferred)

- Good problem solving and analytical skills

- Exposure/Prior experience with Cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure)

- Good to have experience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Hbase, Pig, Spark, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills
