- Research pertaining to Global Merger & Acquisition Space

- Private Equity and Investment Firm Profiling

- Database Management

- Work as a team member & support the process lead in terms of day to day operations

- Training the new joiners in terms of client guidelines for spreading

- Willing to stretch occasionally to meet the project deliverables.

Required Skills

- Should have excellent written and spoken communication skills (US English)

- Analytical approach towards solving a problem

- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Good knowledge of basic financial terminology

- Industry/Sector knowledge would be an added advantage

- Strong interpersonal skills
