EXL Service - Business Analyst - Model Development

Position : BA

Experience : 2-4years

- Experienced in Credit card analytics, BASE EG ( Strong working knowledge) : Sas macro is added advantage

- With good communication and presentation Skills,

- Strong creative/innovative skills. The ability to think out of the box is key.

- Decent problem solving skills

- Clear understanding and experience of Data Mining

- Candidate must be proactive in asking questions

- At least 1 year of experience in analytics, preferably in BFS

- Experienced in CCAR

- Good to have Model development experience

- The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be :

- Daily tasks involve tracking of existing models (especially decision trees), automation of data pull and preparation codes and their proper documentation

- Should be able to work independently on Adhoc Analysis

- Interaction with the business team on daily basis

Mandatory Requirement : Banking, Credit cards, SAS, Statistics (good to have)
