1. AVP / SAVP SEC Financial Reporting, location - Noida Basic Function : - Expert knowledge of IFRS / IND-AS / US GAAP and SEC financial reporting requirements. - Experience in having filed 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. - Quarterly and Annual audit reviews. - Business acquisition accounting and related disclosures. Essential Functions : 1. Financial Reporting : Own the preparation and review of NASDAQ listed Co's financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. Hands on experience on preparation of 10Q, 10K and 8K. In addition, knowledge of Ind AS shall be an advantage. 2. Technical Accounting : Hands on to technical accounting for matters that arise out of business transactions 3. Reviewing monthly accounting as per US GAAP, with knowledge of the following areas : - Stock Compensation. - EPS. - Derivatives. - Financial Instruments. - Business Combination. - Consolidation. 4. Controls : Be vigilant w.r.t adherence to Internal Controls so as to have compliance to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Act. 5. Review of monthly / quarterly / annual Financials (P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, SOCE). 6. ERP : Working knowledge of Oracle R12 - approval of accounting entries, generation of reports and ledgers. Also, should be good at working with spreadsheets. 7. Audit : Lead the audit on a quarterly and annual basis - Review of audit schedules, reconciliations, etc. Resolving audit queries. 8. Manage the Ind AS audit for some India entities of the group on an annual basis. 9.Expertise in preparation of accounting Memo so as to document the Co's accounting position and be able to have it closed with auditors. 10. Accounting updates : Should have a flair to be abreast of accounting updates. Technical skills : Knowledge of : - US GAAP Accounting - SEC Reporting requirements - Consolidation of financials - Sarbanes-Oxley Act Education Requirements : Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Work Experience Requirements : Minimum of 10-12 years of experience post qualification
