EXL Service - AVP - Healthcare Analytics

Job Description:

a) Graduate with experience in US Healthcare or Insurance industry.

b) Minimum work experience of 12 years in back office operations across Health or Life Underwriting, Claims or Insurance. Green Belt/Black belt certification will be added advantage.

c) Strong SLA management experience within a healthcare based third party setup in India along with managing team sizes upto 150+ people spread across multiple locations

d) Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings

e) Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

f) Strong Analytical ability and Decision making skills.

g) Excellent people management skills, open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done

h) Creating and strategizing business operations that deliver excellent results

i) Ensuring a value added experience to all stakeholders by partnering with them and influencing them on business and day to day operational issues and expectations.
