EXL Service - Assistant Vice President - Practice Management

- Actively track performance of the Consulting practice - tracking revenues, cost, margins, etc. to support the Leadership in strategic decision making.

- Analyzing critical elements affecting the performance of the practice on an ongoing basis by employing tools such as variance analysis, trend analysis, etc., and adding qualitative analysis to the same in the form of comments.

- Preparation of annual budget, operating plans for the Consulting practice, with a vertical, geography and service line view.

- Responsible for reporting revenue, costs, Gross Margin, and variance against budget on a regular basis.

- Responsible for providing timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

- Preparation of presentations for Quarterly and Monthly business reviews.

- Handling ad-hoc requests from vertical and geography heads, providing financial and business data for RFPs, etc.

- Timely and accurate circulation of various standard practice management reports.

- Data maintenance and administration of databases

- Build queries and extract data from internal and external sources/systems

- Maintain and if necessary develop tracking databases

Work Timings: 1PM 10PM

Desired Skillsets:

- MBA from tier1/2 B school.

- Excellent written and verbal communication (Mandatory)

- Knowledge in advance MS Excel, power point

- Experience of working on the huge data is must.

- Time management skills to ensure internal/external expectations are met

- Manage priorities assertively when required

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
