We are looking for a hands on and energetic person to take over the role of Head of Sales operations for EXL
Sales operations :
Sales Strategy and planning:
1. Keeper of GTM (Go To Market) enabling processes
2. Keeper of the account planning process
3. Coordinator of account review cadence
4. Coordinate capacity planning
Annual planning and Review:
1. Co-ordinate and publish annual planning and review calendar within stipulated timelines
2. Ensure adherence to review cadence - participation & timelines, by monitoring activities and publishing reports to
3. Ensure review in line with design principles
4. Track actions agreed in reviews and ensure follow-ups and closure.
Analysis and Insight generation:
1. Conduct periodic win-loss analysis of pursued opportunities
2. Conduct analytics to measure sales force effectiveness, Insights into Sales behavior
3. Sales pipeline analytics:
1. Trend analysis on opportunity parameters like stage, age, size etc.
2. Revenue forecasting
3. Root cause analysis of lost opportunities
Manage Growth office:
- Help support the Chief Growth officer with his enterprise wide initiatives
- Track and report global pipeline, manage cadence of all the pipeline reviews like weekly calls, monthly calls, QBR's etc
- Pro-actively get insights from the data and pass it to the leadership for their review
