EXL Service - Assistant Manager - Advisory Analytics

- Responsible for the gathering of data, creation of analytics models for interpretation of data sets using tools like Excel and Access.

- Gathers data from all relevant sources to synthesize data into pre-defined reports

- Ability to understand and interpret the programs and linking the same with data to create meaningful reports.

- Understanding of the industry and ability to link the same with data while creating reports.

- Create basic insight and highlights trends/variance based on data and ability to provide reasons around the same.

Qualification, Experience & Skillets Required:

- Graduate with 2+ years of experience, preferably in a reporting and statistical analysis role

- Proficiency in MS Excel is a MUST.

- Knowledge of MS Access, SQL & Visual Basic will be an advantage

- Travel industry experience desired but not mandatory

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Strong Mathematical, & Analytical ability/ skills
