Lead Assistant Manager/Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis | Noida

- Involved in various financial planning & analysis activities

- Provide support in developing budget and forecasts for the company

- Carrying cost benefit analysis of key initiatives

- Tracking performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance

- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives

- Preparation of quarterly and monthly financial reports, industry/peer group comparisons and other project reports as requested by management

Experience & Skillets Required :

- CA/ MBA (Finance) with 1- 3 years of experience into financial planning & analysis role

- Highly organized and proactive able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Shift Timings : 1PM to 10PM
