- Must have the ability to effectively present to Senior Executives at client organization

- Knowledge of Project Management process/experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

- An Assistant Manager will play the role of a Team Leader handling various projects/ teams simultaneously

- An individual is expected to handle Financial Services for Banks and other financial institutions, perform Marketing Analytics for Retail Banking and independently complete major projects in analytics for Credit Card portfolios that include Response modelling, Balance Transfer modelling, Portfolio Diagnostics, Direct Mail campaign management etc.

- The AM will be a thought leader donning multiple hats of Project Management, Team Management, being a champion of new initiatives and developing strategic analysis plans for specific programs or the entire banking portfolio

- The individual must manifest a logical think tank and is expected to provide effective solutions to stake holders.

- The AM should be a change agent for the organization and create positive results through increased ROI and projects for clients.

Education and Experience:

- 5 yrs. of relevant experience is mandatory against Bachelor's Degree.

- Master's degree from a Premier B School is mandatory where past experience of another domain is also considered.

- Past client facing experience of 2-3 yrs. with knowledge on Stat Modelling and familiarity with SQL.

- Project Management skills are mandatory and experience with working on multiple Projects under tight deadlines.
