Exilant - Process Architect

Responsibilities

- Attend process walk-through, gather requirements and create AS IS process document.

- Analyze automation needs, optimize process, develop TO BE solution and create functional specification document.

- Assist in preparing and articulating business case.

- Conduct technical feasibility review against automation product and prepare low level technical design.

- Configure automation scripts using custom product and assist developers in implementing the solution.

- Prepare user acceptance test cases and co-ordinate user acceptance testing.

- Conduct product training to end users.

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

Profile

- BE/BTech + MBA with 3-7 years of experience

- Strong knowledge in JavaScript, jquery, html

- Knowledge on windows and citrix architecture

- At least 2 years’ experience in requirement gathering and solution design

- Client facing experience

- Exposure to front-end automation is desirable

- Proactive, Quick learner with good communications skills

- Willingness to be deputed at client sites in short notice

- Preferably Certified LEAN / Six Sigma candidate with projects experience in IT industry
