Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish) -
- Dedicated resources supporting the Digital and Direct Channel teams using analytics
- To be a single point of contact for all campaign and data planning
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) -
- Identify opportunities for cross sell using our Digital and Direct Channels
- Help in making data driven decisions
- Campaign planning and ROI measurement
- Establish robust analytics practice that involve all digital platforms
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) -
- Masters/Bachelor's degree
- 5-9 years experience preferably with digital background
- SAS, Python, R and other business Analytical tools knowledge. In addition exposure to Google analytics and similar tools will be an added advantage
- Preferable from Insurance background
- Good Communication Skills(verbal & written)
