Job Description:

Exide Energy is seeking dynamic and ambitious individuals to join us in the Program Management function within the Lithium Ion Battery R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to Lithium Ion Battery R&D.

- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any issues that arise during project execution.

- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and report on key milestones to stakeholders.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

- Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies within the organization.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Project Management or Operations Management from a reputable institution.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Prior internship or work experience in project management or related fields is preferred.
