Role & responsibilities
- Assist in the manpower planning process and ensure adherence to manpower costs.
- Sourcing of appropriate profiles via various search engines, manpower consultants, and social media networks.
- Driving closure of positions through Internal Job Postings and employee referral schemes.
- Conducting HR interviews to screen all applications against job descriptions and job specifications.
- Qualitative assessment of profiles on competency-based interview model.
- Drive the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding in HRMS.
- Drive DEI initiatives during recruitment.
- Responsible for closure of positions within defined timelines and SLAs.
- Responsible for driving the digitalization of the HR Recruitment process.
- Be an integral part of the Campus Recruitment program of the Organization.
- Maintain Recruitment MIS and draw insights from Manpower Hiring and Attrition trends.
- Creating employer brand in the talent market by ensuring enhanced candidate experience management.
