Driving EHS through training and ensuring EHS implementation across functions. - Ability to handle multi-locational assignment - Union Handling &amp; Wage settlements - Maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations in the factory. - To co-ordinate the payroll, annual salary and bonus for plant. - Responsible for all salary reviews for the third party employees. - Managing personnel files and documents as per statutory norms. - Handling Grievances of plant. - Calculating and minimising absenteeism - Managing overall Training &amp; Development of employees as per the various inputs from the department heads, individual and market scenario to ensure an efficient workforce. - Ensuring timely and accurate MIS for manpower reporting - Supervise and bring improvements in plant Administration &amp; Safety practices Desired Skills - Knowledge of Factory Act, ESI, Shop &amp; Establishment Act, Contract Labor Act, etc. - Knowledge of IR/ Labour Legislations / Litigations - Should have handled white collared / blue collared / contractual employees. - Strong Networking with internal and external agencies - Communication Skill - Process &amp; result Orientation - Collaboration &amp; Interpersonal Skills - Strong data Analytics
