Executive Vice President - Operations - Multiplexes

The key responsibilities for the role are to work with the leadership team to drive operational and service excellence and deliver targeted results among our growing chain of Multiplexes. It is expected that a balanced approach to achieving performance with a strong focus on people and service be employed.

The incumbent will have the following capabilities to perform the role effectively:

- Self managing, able to perform without significant monitoring

- Adaptable, able to adapt to a new environment and cultural differences

- Strong relationship management skills able to relate to people across the organization

- Strong leadership skills and experience with leading and coaching a team in multiple locations

- Possess extensive experience in managing a multi site/unit business in the Service or Hospitality industries

The incumbent should have relevant experience in either a cinema environment, or a relevant service or hospitality environment. Ideally they would have managed a multi location team and have a proven track record of success. They would combine strong financial acumen and analytical ability with great people management skills to take the operations of this business forward.

The Executive Vice President Operations will work directly with the business unit heads to provide guidance and support for meeting the goals and objectives set out by the company. The role will also work with the corporate support departments to ensure that there is effective support to deliver our guest experience consistently.
