Executive Vice President - Operational Risk Management - Bank

- Managing team, effectively implement & manage operational risk framework pan bank

- Understanding of Trade & Treasury Products / Processes

- Facilitate and ensure independent assessment & testing of Risks and Controls under RCSA. In depth understanding of trade & treasury products and process

- Facilitate Operational Risk Management Committee meetings, plan agenda items, track actionables, prepare & submit minutes etc. Meeting with Top & Senior Management to highlight and mitigate identified and emerging risk.

Key Skills:

- MBA / CA with at least 10 - 15 years of Banking experience preferably in Operational Risk Management in Bank / Audit / Consulting

- CFA / FRM qualification will be added advantage

- Preferably leader in his existing role

- Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.
