Executive Vice President - Financial Sponsor Group

We are looking for Exec VP or senior person for Financial Sponsor Group for our client in Mumbai

Candidate needs to have experience in Private Equity

- Managing relationships of top Global and Indian Private Equity.

- Candidate needs to manage end to end closure of deals across various banking products such as Term Loan, Working Capital, Program Sanctions digital solutions, Treasury products and Custody offerings etc,

- Deepened the relationship across all products.

- Worked closely with advisory team, promoters and fund managers on several primary investing deals

- The person to execute a growth strategy that aligns with FIG expectations and developing the experience and knowledge within the team for successful execution - for external candidates, this will be discussed during the interview process

- Excellent communication skills required to present and negotiate both internally and externally at a senior level.

- Drive innovation on the solutions we provide clients through partnerships with product specialists and subject matter experts, while structuring deals that balance risk and reward

- Deliver the bank to the clients while aligning Risk Appetite and Product capability with client needs

- Execution of strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels, including working in global coordination with other regions
