Executive Vice President - Business Operations - Govt Scheme - Financial/Banking Services - Contractual Role

Resumes are invited to expand the width of Business Operations of a Govt Scheme based in Mumbai. 20-25 years in the financial or banking industry, preferably in MFI/NBFCs.

Key responsibilities:

- Set strategic direction of Refinance business; establish long and short term goals in consultation with the CEO

- Develop and deliver business strategy (including Revenues, Profit, Yield) and build capabilities for the business

- Design and execute implementation and Change Management plan for adherence to strategic direction in cost management, goal setting, alliances, employee relations, customer satisfaction and risk management

Requisite skills

- Sound knowledge & understanding of the MSME industry and the latest trends and happenings in the financial sectors

- Sound knowledge & understanding of government, RBI regulations and norms requirements

- Should have excellent sales, account management, influencing, negotiations, customer service skills
