Job Title - Trade Finance, Executive

Job Location - Mumbai

Preferred Industry - Any industry

Education Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Finance/Banking/Commerce or equivalent

Employment type (Permanent/Contract)- Permanent

Experience in years - 4 to 8 years' relevant experience in Trade Finance

(Relevant Experience is Mandatory 4-8 Years in Invoice Factoring profile only)

Primarily Roles & Responsibilities:

- Liaise with bankers for matters related to working capital facilities

- Invoice Discounting - liaisoning with Bank, Preparing and sharing data Management Information requested by Bank, uploading invoices for discounting.

- Monitor utilisation of cash, L/C and T/R and to always ensure the availability of banking facilities

- Dealing with bankers in providing information to meet their credit team requirement for credit line

- Keep close eye on daily utilisation of cash, DP bills, L/C and T/R and to always ensure the availability of banking facilities

- Establish the internal control system & departmental system and monitor the systems are in place.

- Ensure timely providing of all information and documentation during bank's Annual Reviews, in all regions

- Provide working capital assessment and rolling Cash Flow forecast at consolidated Group level.

- Deliver accurate trade information for monthly closing to accounting team.

- Any other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of Trade Finance products a MUST.

- Have managed Annual Reviews with the banks

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Fluent in English

- Good quantitative skills and meticulous

- Good team player
