Roles and Responsibilities:
- Performs recruitment and search coordination services to attract quality candidates for the company
- Initial strategy meetings with department managers to discuss recruitment needs and strategies to ensure a highly qualified and diverse applicant pool
- Assists departments and search committees to recruit internal and external candidates by sourcing positions in various job portals, social media and other related platforms
- Facilitates the recruiting process in identifying qualified candidates, developing and maintaining pipelines and meeting staffing goals
- Develops accurate, inclusive and compelling job descriptions to attract target candidates, in consultation with the leaders
- Onboard recruitment vendors as per the eligibility and company's standard.
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with the vendors by giving them requirements on time, screen their profiles and schedule interview with the respective department leads.
- Daily tracker and data maintenance. Giving weekly, quarterly and yearly data to the leadership with the insights of the recruitment process and updates.
- Work as on the assignment and daily tasks allotted by the Head-Talent Acquisition and Management.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Vendor Management
- Strong knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process
- Strong knowledge of best practices for inclusive Faculty recruitments
- Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, rules, regulations and policies
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to use sound judgment in accomplishing tasks that are urgent while balancing conflicting priorities
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity
