Job Description :

- Manage complete hiring program, recruiting activities including CV screening, tele-interview and candidate management / Manpower Management / Team Management

- Coordinate on various recruitment related tasks to ensure a smooth and on-time delivery, ability to drive the initiates in the absence of the reporting Manager

Database Management :

- Create ad-hoc metrics including monthly individual performance, regional KPI and hub dashboards

- Processing of TA contracts for RPO, agency, job boards and other recruitment related vendors, work with IMS team in annual evaluation and renewal tasks
