People & Culture Onboarding Specialist - Executive/Sr.Executive (must be from management consultant firm only) Primary responsibilities - Support the interventions related to onboarding and reward & recognition programmes to provide an exceptional employee experience - Drive completion of onboarding and induction feedback through surveys, focused group discussions and stakeholder connects - Plan, track and ensure availability of new joiner welcome kits across locations in a timely and accurate manner as per the programme framework - Track, analyse and present KPIs related to onboarding initiatives such as welcome kit distribution, 30-60-90 connects, buddy allocation, new joiner connects, induction participation and feedback survey completion - Action on award nomination requests on a daily basis/ as per the defined TAT - Support the implementation of felicitation programs/ firm-wide contests and track compliance across locations - Liaise with vendor and Finance teams for invoice processing and service agreement compliance - Track and monitor the usage of reward vouchers and digital platform - Strong in data handling, planning and execution - Vendor management Desired skills - Strong in Excel, PowerPoint and MS word - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills - Strong planning and organisation skills - Strong multitasking and teamwork skills - Resilient and flexible to change, with an ability to manage high workload and conflicting priorities - Highly organized - Attention to detail - Proactive in approach - Strong zeal to learn - Efficient/self-motivated with positive attitude - Flexible, adaptable and ability to work with ambiguity and conflicting timelines - Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
