Purpose of the Role :
- To deliver high quality custom projects working in the APAC and META Marketing Science community.
- Initially the focus will be on delivery, leveraging some of GFK systems and also work with external data.
- The role includes working directly with the Sales Effectiveness team in GFK to deliver the analytics solutions.
Key Activities
- Work on various projects individually or with team members
- Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
- Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects;
Technical skills required:
Technical Must Have:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of prior relevant work experience
2. Hands-on experience Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, Time series Forecasting and AI/ML methodologies
3. Hands-on experience in R, R Studio, R Shiny, Data Visualization, Excel, PowerPoint Soft-Skills Must Have:
1. Problem solving and solution oriented mind-set
2. Ability to thrive in a changing environment
3. Ability to interface with various levels in an organization
4. Ability to learn new technologies and tools
5. Excellent communication skills
Good To Have:
1. Marketing Analytics or Marketing Mix Modelling Experience
2. Knowledge or experience in Media Industry
3. Experience in Python

Typical Education and Work Experience required :
- Engineering with MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics, or
- Masters in Statistics / Economics / Mathematics from top tier institutions
- Minimum prior relavent work experience of 2 to 3 years
- Hand-on analytics and model development experience
