- Drafting, reviewing and vetting of agreements such as Exclusive manufacturing agreement, settlement agreement, Non-Disclosure agreement, Installation and Erection of Contractual Works, Built-to-Suit Warehouse Agreement, Operation & Maintenance of Equipment Agreement and life cycle management of executed agreements.

- Review of Contracts

- Legal Consultation.

- Preparation of Compliance training.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

- To review contract for Parts Supplier GPA FOR Manufacturing IGC.

- To review contract of general business purpose

- Prepare Compliance training material and implement compliance training in IGC.
