Key Skills :

- Overall Indirect Compliances related GST implementation, GST monthly compliances and previous ST compliance.

- To correctly determine GST liability and GST credit on a monthly basis for all GST registrations taken for all group entities.

- To correctly determine GST liability and GST credit under RCM on a monthly basis for all GST registrations taken for all group entities.

- Ensure all GST liabilities and GST credit GL is reconciled on a monthly basis.

- Review and upload of GST returns on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as per relevant Rules and GST law.

- Prepare a revenue reconciliation statement showing the items of reconciliation between revenue as per financial statement and revenue as per GST returns.

- Ensure timely review Media and Non-Media invoices on a regular basis to ensure that they are GST compliant with.

- To manage Service tax monthly Compliances, Returns, Audits, inquiries and ensure all queries raised by the Department are appropriately dealt with. Keep a track of all litigation matters. Work closely with consultants for filing reply and appeal within timelines

- To advice and if required take consultation from consultants on issues /clarification raised by Agency team with regard to treatment of GST.

- Work closely with Agency team / billing team and FD to start Prepare and educate the team members on GST
