Executive/Senior Executive - eCommerce - Content Writing

Responsibilities : A high focus on leading internal communication objectives and programs as well as supporting external communication initiatives.

Internal Communication :

1. Set up and maintain the company's communication channels and properties such as the company's blog (different from Magazine), internal newsletter.

2. Running strategic engagement programs for employees and partners in collaboration with HR

3. Organising employee and partner events (online and offline)

4. Helping senior management craft messages and distribute them in the right forums

5. Writing, editing, and posting content, social media content.

6. Should very good in SEO content writing and collaborate with Copy team.

7. Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
