Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager - Finance - Heavy Manufacturing Industry

Job Title: Finance Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager

Client Profile: A leading heavy manufacturing industry at Trichy, serving clients across globe.

Qualification : B.Com/M.Com/MBA(Finance)/CA Inter/CMA Inter/ICWAI

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Monthly P&L and Variance analysis

- Preparation of Annual Operating plan and fixed cost budget.

- Payables Management & Receivables Management.

- Inventory Management and tracking the inventories.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Monitoring of Bank Guarantee and Fixed Deposit documents.

- Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted

- Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.

- Developing long-term business plans based on these reports

- Preparation of variance analysis reports

- Vendor Reconciliation

- Fixed Asset Management.

- Bank Statement reconciliation

- Maintenance of BOMs, costings, and routings

- Review and recommend opportunities to reduce expenditure and optimize efficiencies to improve profits

Skills and Experience:

- An analytical mind

- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strongworking relationships

- Commercial and business awareness

- Good communication skills both written and verbal

- A keen eye for detail and a desire to probe further into data

- Ability to stick to time constraints

- Strong working exposure from the manufacturing industry is an added advantage

- CA Inter/CMA Inter/ICWAI or equivalent qualification

- Business partnering and strong stakeholder engagement skills
