Job description:
Excellent Opening for Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager @ Tecno Brand (Smart Phones - Transsion Holdings (Sec-142, Advant Tower, Noida Express Way)
A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- New product launch plan, Gap analysis, Co-ordinate with Field Team.
- Mid-High sales data analysis, outlier management.
- Competition analysis and provide constructive feed back.
B) Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in new Product launch GTM plan, review execution and adherence to new launch guidelines.
- Stock coverage planning, first placement norms, accordingly set target for each stake holders with responsibility matrix.
- Demo, Dummy management, prepare asset deployment plan, utilization and adherence to policy. Settlement of claims after validation check for asset deployment.
- Mid High segment sales plan. Retail category wise target setting, stock coverage norms and to ensure delivery of MH target.
- Meeting with Branch teams to drive MH sales, identify the gaps and co-ordinate with field team to work on the key actionable areas.
- Work with Internal Stakeholders / Departments e.g. IT, Sales Operations - Commercial, Finance, for various activities involved in scheme design, communication, settlement.
- Publishing performance dashboard and drive business through regional teams.
C) Desired Candidate Profile:
- Ideal candidate will have 2-7 years' experience in New Product Launch, Go to Market, Gap Analysis, Competition Analysis,
- MBA in Marketing Preferred.
- Preferred industries Smartphones, Smart Accessories, Consumer Electronics.
- Previous roles Key NPL & GTM.
