Executive Search Consultant - Recruitment

Looking for highly talented individuals to join our Executive Search firm based in Ahmedabad.

For this role, we are looking for candidates from a Management Consulting background who understand industry (manufacturing, telecoms, finance, consumer) and are interested in sourcing the best senior talent from leading companies in India and across the world. This role would suit someone who is currently in a consulting firm but looking to extend these skills into a more people focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the Partners and key clients to source the best talent in the industry

2. Use consultative skills to fully understand the role, the industry and the key skills required for success. Take that understanding to interview prospective candidates to find the best fit

3. Manage the entire hiring lifecycle through to a candidate joining the client firm.

Key skills:

- Background in an executive search or professional services

- Exceptional research skills and strong client management experience

- Ability to ask the right questions, challenge clients and candidates on their requirements

- Senior stakeholder influencing experience and ability to build relationships

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)

- Strong problem-solving ability; solid analytical and critical thinking skills

- Multi-tasked, self-starter with strong organizational and follow through skills

- Must be detail and deadline-oriented and be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
