Our Company PRIMUS Global which has presence in US and India is looking for highly talented Executive Search Consultants for their Bangalore location.

An ideal candidate has fire in belly, is an avid networker, a passionate recruiter, a tech savvy professional and someone who has a sharp business acumen.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generating and closing search assignments successfully within the given time frame.

- Nurture the existing clients to generate more business.

- Supervise research processes to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy.

- Handing over accepted / agreed deliverable to the client within the stipulated time frame.

- Contribute to the development of IT practice

- Represent the firm in the online and offline platforms effectively.

- Should have sound information about the industry with an inclination towards gathering market intelligence.

Sales & Targets :

- You will have individual and practice targets to be reached.

- You would be prospecting for retained search mandates from the existing and new clients.

- You will be incentivized based on agreed and achieved goals.

Key skills & Requirements :

- Should have worked for search and selection business and have atleast 5- 10 yrs of exp.

- Exceptional research skills and strong client management experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving ability; solid analytical and critical thinking skills

- Must be detail and deadline-oriented and be able to work independently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
