Executive Search Consultant- Executive Search Firm (Gurugram)

Job Description :

IT & Not research recruiters create a pool of technical & Non Technical candidates through job portal, social networking, community organizations, Internet data mining, and media channels. Recruiters proceed with the identification of potential candidates through screening and interviewing their pool of applicants.

Job Responsibilities :

- Source potential candidates from various JOB PORTAL & ONLINE CHANNELS (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LINKEDIN, FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, SLIDESHARE, DRIBBLE, GITHUB, STACK OVERFLOW, BEHANCE.

- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

- Following up on the interview process status

- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process

- Completing timely reports on employment activity

- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire

- Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

- Research into client's company, competitors and marketplace

- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits

- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications

- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries

- Network and build long-lasting client relationships

- Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs

- Research and develop recruiting leads

- Working on background checks

- Interacting with company Directors/MD's etc.
