What your Job will entail :

- Understanding job requirements, company culture and identifying target companies. Demonstrate ability to map relevant candidates based on target companies utilizing headhunting, databases and cold calling.

- Assessing and qualifying candidates based on past experiences, cultural fit, motivations, expectations and personal circumstances.

- Consult clients and candidates on expectations.

- Command industry and function knowledge.

- Managing client timelines .
