Executive Search Consultant

We- re looking for talented Executive Search Consultant. The ideal candidate will be working on interesting mandates and headhunting the right candidates who may not be necessarily looking out for a change.

You should be : 

- Eager to take ownership and love learning new things.

- Skilled in head hunting and proficient in usage of social media for finding the right match.

- Willing to proactively network through industry contacts, association memberships, and Employees

- Proactively build relationships with prospective clients through telephone, face to face meetings and formal pitches

- Liaise with existing and prospective clients to ensure they are regularly and consistently updated on progress ensuring all clients receive a positive recruitment experience.

- Experience of 3-7 years in executive search with relevant educational qualification

- Ability to independently handle mandates and deliver on tight timelines

- Excellent communication and articulation skills

- Willing to work in a startup environment / should have an entrepreneurial mindset

- We are a boutique - Executive Search- firm which caters primarily to Senior and Leadership mandates for discerning clients across Consumer Retail & Services, Life Sciences & Health, BFSI, Real Estate and e-commerce sectors.

Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
