About the Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced professional to work with our Partners as a Principal Consultant. The job responsibilities shall largely entail client relationship management and end-to-end execution.

An ideal candidate would have worked across the value chain of talent acquisition and independently handled both senior and junior positions. We are seeking a long-term engagement so only candidates with a track record of performance and stability need to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Execution:

- Understand the client requirement and translate that into keywords important to conduct a thorough internal and public databases search

- Show leadership and efficiency in delivering over the client expectations in executing the mandates

- Ensure a high degree of compliance for internal processes and guide peers and subordinates

Client Relationship:

- Develop a body of research around client business, competition, industry trends, and talent acquisition preferences

- Continuously engage client managers through industry research, progress reports, and smart updates

- Grow the size of the account in year-on-year revenue terms

Team Management:

- Hire, train and lead a team of consultants

- Continuously assess their training needs

- Take ownership of team revenue targets

Business Development:

- Assist Partners in Business Development efforts

- Tracks and records industry developments relevant to the firm's growth strategy

Candidate Profile :

- The right candidate should have a background in consulting or executive search

- Should be articulate, analytical and process-oriented

- Should be a graduate from a leading educational institution and preferably an MBA

- Should have shown academic brilliance and should have excelled in the extra-curricular field

- Should have strong oral and written communication skills

- Should have a problem-solving attitude

Being a small firm we do expect the candidate to demonstrate dexterity in picking up cross-functional responsibilities.
