Within a short span of time we have been able successful in positioning ourselves as the go-to-firm for some of our prestigious clientele which includes leading developers, consulting firms, private equity set ups and eCommerce firms.   Our offices are present in Gurgaon and Kuala Lumpur.   Roles & Responsibilities :   Execution :   - Understand the client requirement and translate that into keywords important to conduct a thorough internal and public databases search   - Use head hunting, job boards and references as methods to conduct a detailed research   - Shortlist the ideal candidates for the role and proceed with undertaking the first round of interaction with the candidate for a more complete assessment   - Adhere to internal systems, MIS and processes   Business Development & Client Management :   - Be a single point of contact for all client queries and requests   - Manage and grow the client relationships   - Identify emerging business trends and build strategies to capitalize on them   - Work towards building a brand for the firm   Candidate Profile :   - The right candidate should have a background in consulting or executive search   - We are looking at people with a flair for research and relationship management   - An ideal candidate shall be someone who is a functional expert and wants to move out of a corporate career, preferably with desire to be an off roader   The right candidate should have the following background :   - Should be a graduate from a leading educational institution and preferably an MBA   - Should have shown academic brilliance and should have excelled in one extra-curricular field   - Should have experience in a corporate set up   - Should be organized, analytical and have strong mathematical quotient   - Should have strong oral and written communication skills   - Should have a problem-solving attitude   - Should preferably have understanding of operational aspects of either real estate, financial services or eCommerce industries   - Should have been a solo contributor   Being a small firm we do expect the candidate to demonstrate dexterity in picking up cross-functional responsibilities.
