Executive - Sales Accounting & Receivables

BNC is hiring for a leading fashion and luxury watch distributor for Sales Accounting and Receivable role for Bangalore location

- Customer Account opening with agreed pricing/margins.

- Verification of Purchase Orders received from customers for correctness of rates/terms prior to processing the same.

- Secondary receivable working (SOR customers)

- Follow up for collection from customers, coordinate collection efforts with sales team.

- Timely updation /maintenance of debtors ledger by recording collection entries and credit notes towards sales returns, schemes, discounts, other claims etc. after due verification and monthly provisions.

- Research and resolve enquiries from customers and sales team..

- Periodic confirmation of leger balances & reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers, resolve/sign off differences.

- Preparation of periodic reports on sales & accounts receivables.

- Prepare monthly profitability statement of Retail Stores and major customers

Desired Candidate Profile:

- B.Com/M.Com/MBA with 3-7 years of experience in accounts receivable preferably in retail and ecommerce
