Executive Officer - Project Management - Consulting

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

The incumbent will work with the existing Projects Team in managing some of these projects, which would include some of the following project management related activities:

- Primary Research

- Secondary Research

- Preparation of Technical Report based on Primary and Secondary research

- Professional Evaluation of proposals

- Visiting places to acquire data/information

- Interaction with the technologists/ academicians on various technical matters

Qualification, Skills & Attributes:

a) Education: B.Tech/B.E with M.Tech in Energy/ Electrical/ Environment / Mechanical

b) Work Experience(Post M.Tech): 2-3 years of experience preferably in PMO/ project oriented matrixed organization. Experience in not-for-profit/corporate will also be considered.

c) Competency Profile:

- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word will be important.

- This position will have interface with Government officials, Indian Industry, Academia and Global partners. Hence knowledge of English and good communication skills is essential.

- Proven track record of to Develop & manage relationships with senior management of Indian companies, Indian Government Departments and focus on creating high quality networking platforms for collaboration. Prior experience with Government offices entailing RFI/RFP formulation/responses will be highly regarded.

- Should have an open mind & willingness to learn. Should be willing to put- in extended hours during project delivery cycles. Preferably someone who is physically active & energetic.
