A reputed IT client of our's is in its transformational phase with both its services and business lines poised grow exponentially over the next 24-36 months. They are hence seeking to hire a Executive Office Manager reporting to their CEO and CTO with the responsibility of Program management and reporting for both the services and product business lines. This is a central and business enabling role.

The Key responsibilities of the Executive Office Manager would be Business Performance Monitoring, Review and reporting,

- Budgeting, tracking and periodic Variance Analysis and reporting

- Monitoring of Overall Business / project / program Metrics, reporting the variances and driving corrective actions to be taken for addressing the variances

- Monitor status of key project activities

- Facilitate and track Monthly and Quarterly performance Reviews of key projects/ programs

- Contribute to development of business specific action plans in response to external / internal environment changes in order to achieve pre-defined goals and targets

- Monitor and analyze capital investments - preferred - not mandatory

Requirement details :

- 7 to 8 years of professional experience in Corporate Strategy support, Project planning and tracking, Reporting and MIS, Exec. Office communication management, Business intelligence, Process management and improvements;

- Candidate to come with proven track record of having managed multiple programs

- A self starter with an ability to work independently, have the abilities to manage stringent including conflicting time lines, should be able to prioritizing and see through execution of multiple programs

- Should come with the ability and experience of managing all stakeholder relationships to achieve desired outcomes i.e Management, Functional heads, Clients, Vendors and other concerned stakeholders in diversified Geography.

- Exceptional communication and language skills - to be able to manage both verbal and written communication effectively
