Executive - Marketing Operations
The Marketing Operations Executive coordinates with and supports the marketing function in Data analysis and other processes. He/She is the point of contact for consumer's queries and requests. He is in-charge of the logistics required to carry out the marketing campaigns, import and export of products etc.
Duties and Functions
- Works as Marketing Co-coordinator
- Liasoning with Finance and Sales department
- Responsible for Vendor Management
- Ensuring adherence to all Policies as per Audit requirements
- End to End management of Marketing department spends
- Managing payment process in collaboration with Procurement/Finance team, raising PR and GRN
- Ensure payments within specified timelines
- Responsible for Dispatch Management
- Data management for Campaigns
- Supporting Marketing Function in Data Analysis
- Supporting Marketing Function in Miscellaneous processes
- Maintaining and managing the database and preparing targets for each campaign (using Exact Target and Sales-force)
- Actively manage the database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities
Education:
Graduate/MBA
