The Executive - Marketing would be responsible to support DY Mgr Marketing and execute the entire marketing strategy for Talenthouse India to achieve the desired results of positioning, TOP of Mind recall, reach and revenues.

Creative Briefs / Market Research / Ideation / Presentations

- Researching on various brands (TG / Company Profile / Brand Profile). Understanding brands and coming up with creative ideas for CI's that can be pitched to Brands/ Mentors for sales, barters etc.

- Preparing presentations for the sales team, that are effective and impactful for clients.

- Support in coming up with Support in creating various case studies for Brands after CI's are closed.

- Support Manager Marketing in creating various presentations for company use.

Marketing and Barters

- Support and work closely with Marketing Manager to get Barters from various corporate Brands and Reliance Eco System.

Digital Social Media Marketing

- Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.

- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.

- Strategize to share content created and acquired via appropriate specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.

- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties

- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).

- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g. Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).

- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.

- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.

- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

PR

- Responsible for all PR activities towards Brand building, awareness and brand positioning.

- Event planning, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral.

- Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives.

- Connect with Artist community and build a good network. Do Artist meets and gigs.

Competition Analysis

- Research online and prepare competition analysis

- Always be aware and report what is happening in crowd-sourcing space.

Trade Marketing and Marketing Communications

- Responsible for internal and external marketing communications, to maintain hygiene in Corp communication as per marketing plan.

- Responsible to support marketing manager in developing various marketing communications to various parties and execute same.

- Responsible to circulate as per Marketing Calendar, Trade Marketing - Newsletters / E-bulletins/ Case Studies etc.

Reporting's

- Report on Competition analysis.

- Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly reviews as required by the department

- Other MIS reports as required

- Report to HR and CEO any issue/practice not confined to the culture and unethical.

- Responsible to update CEO on the weekly and Monthly basis on activities in established protocols.

Salary offered; 5 - 10 LPA
