- Candidate must have strong exp in in workforce management, resource utilization, resource deployment and bench management

- Candidate must have handled complex resource allocation including requirement and gap analysis, capacity planning, capacity deployment and optimal utilization of capacity.

- Candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills

- Candidate should have excellent people management skills

- Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- MBA / Post graduate degree in any field is a must
