Executive Manager - Research

A LEADING CONSULTING FIRM IS LOOKING FOR SR. MANAGER RESEARCH.

Exp into Research (not any domain specific)

MBA is mandatory however we can present cv’s of graduate with excellent exp into research, great team management & stakeholder skills.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 2 to 11pm

- Current team size is 100, s/he must have handling team of 40+.

- Should have exp into Excel modeling.

- This position will liaison in between US and India team thus should have excellent comm. Skills.

Responsibilities:

- Provide gap analysis of skill sets vis-à-vis client needs. Hire and provide training to meet the needs.

- Work with other SA co-leads to implement best practice recruiting and onboarding standards.

- Through direct contribution and management, provide:

- Structured, organized and synthesized information to develop key insights at a client and industry level.

- Research, analysis and development of company and executive profiles, financial analysis and competitor intelligence to assist US counterparts in identifying business opportunities.

- Work with US co-lead to set quality goals and assume responsibility for quality of all deliverables.

- Liaison with US colleagues/stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to deliverables; provide continuous improvement of products.

- Train and mentor direct reports in research skills. Serve as a "research role model" to the larger group.

- Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations, feedback to professionals, and mid-year and year-end evaluation process.

- Manage projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines - following efficient workflow requirements - are met to stakeholders satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of information gathering and research skills to include identification of research sources and methods, demonstrated by proven production of client and industry deliverables to assist in identification of business opportunities and growth

- 10+ years relevant experience
