Executive/Manager - Human Resources - Manufacturing Firm

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Time office activities like Attendance, Leave and Pay roll management for MMPL employees.

2. Update human resource informative system (HRIS) including payroll data to payroll software.

3. Data consolidation to bank every month on:

(a) Salary /wages payable to employees

(b) Monthly reimbursement statement (as defined in CTC for eligible employees)

(c) Bonus statement

(d) Incentive statement

4. Comply full and final settlement of resigned employees without undue delay and submit to finance within 2 working days of employee last working day.

5. Annual submission of data to finance and payable related statement.

6. Statutory compliances related to payroll (PF, ESI, PT, Form-16)

7. Initiate the following activities without undue delay

(a) Update personal file from time to time which will be audited by the department head on a monthly basis.

(b) Issue pay slips to all employees without undue delay.

8. Comply with statutory activities like

(a) Update Muster Roll

(b) Leave records

(c) Annual census register

(d) Adult Register

(e) PF withdrawal for left employees

9. Generate form 16 annually and facilitate the employees concerned.

10. Display birthday wishes and issue gift vouchers as and when applicable.

11. Initiate 5s activity in human resource department.

Qualification: MBA/MSW

Experience: Min 5 to Max 10 years

Job Location: Bangalore Electronic City

Preferred Skill: SAP (Mandatory)
